joggging today was a waste. totallyy :(
ate loads of fried beehoon, nutella aft the jogg.
&ate mac fries not long ago. darnn!

&&& the jogging itself was not successful at all for me.
- even before the jog, the soles of my shoes came out! {photos up nexttime} -.-
- &ran a short distance only :s
nonetheless, sure glad to see jamie aft sooooooooooooooooooooolong! (:
